Sundance Gold is so rare that I don't think many of us have seen one in person.

I've only seen two...and I think they might have been the same one.

I like both for different reasons.

Both are great colors but I think Silver is a much cleaner look.

 

The Gold is a non Type-S color right? That alone makes SSM better.

No offense to the SSM owners, but damn near EVERY CL I see is SSM. Its nice to see one that is different, even if it is that god-awful gold (IMO). With the right mods, both look great, but stock they do nothing for me. This poll is proving to be difficult for me to choose.

 

Silver is bleh...if I didn't have this whole black, silver, and carbon fiber theme going on I'd be sick of it.

 

i voted silver just because you can get an ssm in manual

 

Depends on what you want the car to be. if you like a sleek clean look i would pick the ssm on the other hand if you want to be a little flashy and stand out go for the gold (no pun intended)

 

ya,when i imagine a car sleek and clean,i would chose the color black(like your car).
It seems that there are too many silver cars on the road period.Go out and drive and you will start to notice this.

so ya gold stands out from a crowd and etc.

i think the gold looks less classy on our CL's.

It's biting the 350z copper look a lil too much. And the CL isn't really a HYPE car so having a hype color is a waste.

I have a silver CL and at first I only wanted the dark blue but simply couldn't find that car and the milage I wanted.

And the silver has now reallly grown on me to the point where I'm glad this is the color I got.

Specially if you have an 01-02 with the full red tail lights. It's real nice I think.

The back of the CL looks soo nice with an OEM spoiler. and the contrast with either of 2 types of tail lights on black, anthracite, or silver is wicked.

vs that orangy gold.. zero contrast.

If Acura dida lil something extra. Like orange stiching on the seats or something and a different interior trim. Then I'd be all over that car.

But a crazy color should come with something else to compliment the uniqueness of the car

 

I think the CL looks best in white and the green (not a Type S though).

The green is definately my favorite color on the CL though.

 

IMHO... Anthracite is the absolute best color on a CL!!!

Im still decideding weather to buy this guys pdg cl-s.
Everything about it is nice ex:milage,price range,tranny.
Is pdg really that bad?or should i just go with the color ssm.

 

Def the ssm. I hate that sundance gold color CL. The ssm is a neutral color and shows little when the vehicle is dirty.

 

i have always always hated silver cars...that is until i bought my ssm cl...i almost didn't buy my car because it was silver...but honestly i love the color so much...i think the cl looks so clean in ssm...it really is a nice color...but with that being said...i think the cl looks best in agean blue pearl and nighthawk black pearl...sundance gold was my 3rd choice when i was shopping for the cl...the color is rare and flashy..plus i think the cl looks good in the copper color...but the older i find myself steering clear of the flashy loud colors...reds, golds, etc...its all a matter of taste...i like clean classy oem look...just my style

 

Anthracite is the absolute best color on a CL, If you can't get your hands on an ABP.

 

I'm pretty sure a good looking gold color car exists.

Agreed 100%. Auto is boring compared to the CL-S6, and that is coming from a former TL driver

 

if both your options are autotragic, go with the PDG. it stands out a bit more and the forum could use some more than just ssm and nbp.
