no such thing as "best". are you looking for style or weight? chrome or satin? 17's, 18's or 19's? lip? you will get a gazillion different responses so unless you specify what you want, we can't help ya.

a little of both, style and but nothingtoo heavy and the best rims to go with a Ct drop. I like lips, and 5or 6 spoke designs
