I personally believe the custom weleded on magnaflow mufflers sound the best. You can't go wrong with comptech as they usually have the best quality.

I'm not a fan of the Greddy's looks, the can's are way too big and the tips stick out too much on the CL. But they do sound nice.

You can order MagnaFlow's directly from www.hottexhaust.com, which is a subsidiary or Canadian Catalytic Converter, located in Canada so you don't have to pay the ridiculous shipping and duties.

the greddy catbacks for 6th gen accord can me modified to fit the cl, small modifications too.

as for magnaflows, users usually buy the universal ones and get custom piping or use the old piping.

all this is needs to be done by a muffler shop of course

but yes magnaflows are very popular here. you can also try other universal mufflers from remus, etc etc

I herd last weekend a CL-P with a full custom cat back and he put DYNOMAX'S and it sounded like a G35 no-BS. he used 2 3/4 to the y and then used 3' to the mufflers. the tips looked like pepboys but it sounded alsome

I have one of the last Neuspeed exhausts, and it sounds nice, but the tips just kinda flaked off .. I might look into a GReddy Evo2 exhaust down the road.

I would for sure check into remus. I've heard a few systems installed on some legends and they sounded so sweet and i'm sure it would be pretty original. I used magnaflows (part # 14832) with custom piping. keep the resonator though.
If you check my recent threads I have a link to a clip of what my exhaust sounds like

Hey Cali,

If you're thinking of the same Tanabe system that I am, I have a set of Apex'i RS laying around (gathering dust) that I can let go of at a good price if you're in so-cal.

Full cat-back like the Tanabe.

I can't send pms to you, so that's why i'm posting int he thread.
