BBS Groupbuy

Who here is interested in BBS rims? I'm in the middle of setting up a groupbuy that can net us 20% off list price. We need only 12 people to step up. I'm buying a set for my M3 but wanted to extend this offer to you guys also, since I still have a Type S. Any BBS style that will fit. I have an application chart so ask me. Nothing specific yet, just gauging interest.

If they have 18's lighter then stock 17's I'd be interested.

I'll upload some pics when I get home. But I'm sure you guys know what they look like. Here's an example:

BBS RS-GT (2 pc forged)
18X7.5
5X114.3
45 offset
19.4 lbs.
List $750 -----> GB $600

BBS RG-R (forged)
18X7.5
5X114.3
45 offset
18.04 lbs.
List $575 -----> GB $460

I know that they are pricey but they are forged and BBS.

Priced each, that is a damm good price for forged rims. Heck look at SSR GT3s, they are two price and more expensive.

like juker said, great prices for 18" forged rims. you will be paying the vendor directly, so don't worry about being scammed. if there is enough interest then i will post more info. doesn't look like it at the moment.

If I wasn't getting married I'd be interested! Not bad for forged rims and I hear/read good things about BBS.

i will be posting the same groupbuy in other forums. we only need to move 12 sets to qualify. i think that we can easily reach that number. if you guys know anyone else interested let me know and i can ask about their applications. also 17's will be cheaper obviously.

I can't find any pics of these rims on any website I have seen so far. They are not on BBS's website either.

Good prices. If I needed rims, I'd jump on this in a second.

I have a set of BBS on my S4. They are nice, high quality rims. The groupbuy pricing isn't too bad either.

hey i remember you back when this forum got started. you were always changing wheels. at any rate, there are some nice deals in the groupbuy especially for the rg-r and rs-gt. trust me i've looked. even my in town connection couldn't do better. so just spread the word.

What model you have and what size. My friend with an a4 is trying to decide between hre's or bbs. I think he likes the ch ones.

While the BBS listing does not include an application for the Acura Cl-Type S, Tirerack lists an 17X7.5 and an 18X8 for 576 and 599. My price list shows 563 and 664 respectively. I asked SPP about this and they said that Tirerack has a huge inventory of these before the current exchange rate drove prices up. However, other models shows a substantial savings over Tirerack, especially inthe RG-R and RS-GT. I will be more than happy to share the price list with anyone.

I posted this on the Audi site too and someone pointed out that the prices for the CH is not that much better than the ones from Tirerack. Of course he was looking at 19".
