Do a poll:
Who is willing to paypal 10-15, 15-20-20-25.
Who is willing to bring food? Like I really care about food. But lets keep it simple.. 5 kegs a beer would do.. So collect beer and rental money..LOL
Set it for July so we got some time to get set up... I got to contact the MOTHERS rep..
Call your local hall and see what it would cost.
Then set a date, if everyone backs out I will pay for the hall rental, but I don't think you will have a problem.. Your pretty central to everyone.

I don't use PayPal but I would certainly pay up a few bucks if it meant we'd get to do the annual gathering at PAA. I'd be willing to bring buns or something too. The food kind not the kind attached to hot girls, sorry.
I mean shit, if they were losing money on the thing they shoulda said something, I think everyone who went would be okay with paying $10-20 to be there. It was a great time last year!

I would put in $ 20 - $25 at PAA or some place like Shawn S says.
This still would be a central location for me comming up from D.C.
It also is good for any Northern Virgina & Marlyland guys.

The thing is...don't they do a mass mailing to all their customers inviting them. They can't really charge for an event like that. It's a customer appreciation thing....
They don't have to charge, but we can donate. If everyone who goes plans on chipping in 10, 20, 30 bucks, and we showed up with a couple grand to give to PAA, they'd probably be pretty cool with it, no?

Most of the cars there were 1999-2002 TL & CL models with a few packs of new RSX models as well as some slightly older ACURA models like CL & LEGENDS. Most of the people there came from this board & ACURA TL. COM
I say do the donation thing in conjunction with PAA. Have it on their property since we are all familiar with it, and then give the donated cash entrance fees to the owner to use for charity, to offset costs, for prizes or for whatever he decides as long as we have that annual day of camararderie.
You have my $20, and my support.
