back seat removal
bottom cushion just pops out.unbolt the center rear console(10mm),along with ,as i recall, four(or two,but no more than four) 10mm bolts for the rear seatback, then lift up.maybe takes 5 minutes-7 minutes .will have to remove carpeted rear deck(no big deal) to access the shock towers.

there is a lil metal tab under the seats that you need to grab w/ a set of pliers and pull out towards you, this will cause the seat to be released
my bottom cushion was really stubborn. I ended up ripping the steel frame right out of the foam. I don't think I did anything wrong...I just pulled up with all my force and it eventually popped out.

also there is a bolt in place in the back that will need to be removed
I'm installing springs right now and found that you don't need to remove the lower cushions. Just get a 6"-8" extension for your ratchet and squeeze it into the corners to remove the bolts behind the seat belt and then the two right near the console in the center. The back seat should lift right out after that. Be extremely careful when lifting it out since the two brackets in the center of the seat are sharp and can scratch the seats. Put a couple towels down over the lower seat cushions to protect them and go slowly. I haven't put the rear seat back in yet and I know that's it's going to be harder to get the bolts back in this way but hopefully it'll help prevent rattles down the line.
I’ve finished the rear wheels and I’m almost done with the front driver’s side. I’m taking a bunch of pictures documenting the process so I could send you a picture if needed something specific. I’ll post all the pics to the board when I’m done.

Okay, here's the page from the service manual. It's sloppy since I did it in a hurry though:

There's no mention of a lever to pull in the service manual for the CL-S. It must be a different design than the earlier model (unless the lever's not documented(!)).</font>

when you put the backseat back in have it so that seat part is face down and the bottom pins are pointing towards the back... it's easier that way.

Cductive, witch H&R springs did you put on? the sport springs? How do they look/ride? I should get mine this week, and hopefully have them on next week, just worried about getting the back seats out.

Yea Steve does a good job with springs, I will prob take it to him to have done, I just got the springs in last night, the box is marked for 98-01 accord v6 coupe, so I assume that our cars use the same springs as the Accord v6.
