A B.S check

A B.S check
So I got a new transmission less than 2k ago and it appears to already be acting up.
Service advisor has been extremely helpful helping me out check the transmission twice with the mechanic that is the trans specialist and it of course hasn't acted up while they have test driven it with me. I took it back a few days ago and my service advisor suggested that a bad EGR could cause bad transmission like symptoms.
Is that bs? because from what I've read and searched about the EGR, that isn't the case at all, but I wanted to be sure before I jump the gun.
My gas mileage has been excellant (25.5 mpg+) and no excessive ticking from the engine bay. I told him that and he didn't mention it again, except when my brother and dad went to go pick up my car since I was in school.

I can't speak for what's going on with your replacement tranny, but with mine it took about 8-10k miles later to start acting weird once again. I just don't know how Honda hasn't gone back and just redesigned the entire tranny or come up with a way to mate up the newer TL trannys to solve this problem. Hope it all works out for you.

I love the car, but, the damn tranny is finally getting on my nerves. I now have a 35 mile drive to college every week day and I can't have this crap keep on happening. Three transmissions at 68k miles is complete unacceptable, especially since I drive and take care of this car so well. This is a Honda product, not a damn VW (A lot of my friends' brand new VW break down everywhere).
