AWSOM crash test videos

Check out these AWSOM crash test videos. Select make/model/year at top right. Looks like Acura (and Honda) do real well, some others don’t .

damn...ive been seeing alot of threads on houston-imports.com about neons crumbling like paper....now i know why

Crumbling is GOOD to a point because it absorbs energy.
Modern day cars are designed to do that.
As long as the crumbling STOPS at the firewall.

Compare an 04 Neon to an 04 Civic. No comparison. Then check the 04 TL. Honda products cabin deformation at all. Interesting to go back and look at a 98 RL and you do see some deformation and console damage. They just keep getting better and safer. The worst of all, GM SUV's and Vans. Check the 96 Blazer and Astro vans. Wouldnt want to be in either.
