AV6 using GREDDY catback gives 10HP??
I was reading the latest version of import tuner and at the 'POWER PAGES" section they had a AV6...They put in an AEM SHORT RAM INTAKE and GREDDY catback exhaust.. i was surprised by the exhaust gain.. it was between 10-12WHP??.. is that accurate?.i thought exhausts only provide minimal gain like 1-2HP at the most..
How about the CLS GREDDY exhaust??.. does anyone have em?.. if they do really add that much it would be a nice combo of that and the COMP HEADERs..... :P

Cost Drivers!!!!
Well you have to look at the system. CLS exhaust is configured pretty well so the gains are minimal. Accord is cheaper for reason

I believe that the comptech posted an 8-10 WHP gain on an Accord V6... if that helps for comparison.
Will the GReddy on that car fit our CL-S's?? that's the real question...

I DON'T BELIEVE IT BECAUSE
1 I have the same setup on my av6
2 i had the exhaust before the intake and felt no gains whatsoever. although the greddy evo dual exhaust sounded great.
3 i felt more gains with my cold air aem intake

The Accord V6 has HUGE air flow restrictions as well as HUGE exhaust restrictions compared to the CL-S!!!! You will get more HP gains from adding the same item to an Accord than you will from adding it to the CL-S!!!! I got this info from the latest issue of import tuner. They put the AEM CAI and the GReddy Evo Exhaust and the Greddy Evo Dual Option on it and got 16.8 HP gain and 12.6 lbs of torque!!! If we do CAI and exhaust, we will get 10HP if we are lucky!!! We have a better flowing intake and exhaust already!!!
