automatic seats not moving to origin postion

automatic seats not moving to origin postion
I am sure the manual said that whenener you put the back of the seat on its position the seat will move to its last position. But sometimes it won't budge at all, what the heck? Is it a glitch?

Some times, when I do not firmly push the seat back up, it does not automactically go back.....

Just hit the preset button on the door, if it is the driver's seat.

this happened to me last year, i had to go to the dealer and get a new seat tracking for it.
