Hit the shifter and see if they come on.

No, I'm serious. My previous Accord had a bad connection and you could hit it on the shifter and it would light up. If that works, you'll know what it is.

bulb is probably dead.

TO change it, pop the black trim ring off with a flat head screw driver. just be careful not to scratch anything.

THen pop the silver trim ring off.

You can then pull out the plastic peice which has the letters printed in it. Its one big plastic piece and its clear on the bottom.

Then you can pop out the bulb. You will proabably need pliers though to grab it since its hard to reach in there with you're fingers.

You can also remove the console. Start with the armrest and work your way up to the cupholder and the allmost ashtray. Then the light cover comes off and you can remove the bulb the way it was put in without tearing a glued piece off the car. There is a IceLink DIY under the CL A/V section. It gives detailed instructions. You really don't want to break the bulb with the plyers, that would su*k
