There has been controversy at my work over which would win in a race, so im hopeing you guys could help me out and give me some insight as to which is faster.

Assuming you mean the 225hp TT, the race is about even.

Both are in the low-mid 6 second range.

stock vs stock the cl-s will win. stock TT runs low 15s, but they can be very fast with a chip

Not quite. The TT is a HEAVY car. The 6speed put more power to the ground and will win.....assuming a good driver.

My buddy has a 2002 TT 225, and we are always racing.. It is a pretty good race with just an intake on a stock car, with my mods he gets the edge off the line because of the AWD but I pull away from him in 2nd VTEC.

However a 6spd should take one no doubt..

I have a auto CL-S and i beet the tt when we all met at englishtown i had the tt atl least 2 cars so a stick will have no problem the tt ran 14.93 at 93.77 and i ran 14.64 at 95.74
