Wet is definetly the safest, I only know of one guy with direct port. I dont think they make a kit for our cars so that would have to be something that is custom.

Dry is ok but you have to pray nothing goes wrong and you dont stop getting fuel for some unknown reason .. you'll go lean and burn up the motor.

NX Wet kit! I would not even take a chance of running a dry kit. I ran 100 shot for a while with no problems. In fact when I first signed on here I got flamed for asking about nitrous and now everyone is doing it. I started a trend!!!!

Go with the NX Wet. Get the remote bottle opener, purge kit and the climate control and the go have some fun.

If I were you..... 75 shot, Wet, Shark nozzle instead of direct port. Direct port is better but a bitch to get rid of and install. You have you ever ran nitrous before?

I have a 100shot DP setup, with a TPS and a RPM window. I also have a blowoff run out under the rear bumper and purge lines bent under each side of the front windshield.

I just switched from a Zex dry kit to a Zex wet kit. I want to run a 100 shot, but I am worried about the timing because I can't retard it. When You ran the 100 shot, did you retard the timing? If not, did you experience any detonation or check engine lights? What shot are you running now?

BTW: I've had nitrous since April of 2001. I think I may have started the trend before you.

Within one to two months I'll have a DP wet kit on my car. I have decided to go through with it and am in the planning stages. I just haven't decided on whose kit to use though.

it's funny because you said you would never run n2o just a few months ago.

True, I did say that, well sort of. But this is a different reason. The current power is enough, almost too much for everyday driving. On some tight roads you have to be careful with the throttle or you will push wide in the turn quickly. I am very happy with the current performance for everday driving and on the back roads.

However, you always want more power for the strip or a highway pull; that is where the nitrous comes in.

That said, I also wanted to experiment with it in how I can incoporate the E-Manage into the system. Just a bit more fun with testing and the perks that come with it; MORE POWER.

The race for the first grenaded engine.

Hrmm, 500 WHP or over 600 at the crank. Things should go south quickly then. But something else may be right around the corner though.
