If the motor mounts aren't too hard to get out I'm going to do this:

http://importnut.net/motormount.htm

I also want to do the same thing to the radius rod bushings. They're hollow and I think this would help. I also think some spacers (washers) would help to add some preload. I would put one on each side of where they mount so the caster will not be affected. Wouldn't be out much if it didn't work. A quick drive in the rain would tell me if I succeeded. Seems like it wheel hops really easy in the rain.

that car will outhaul you any day from a roll... AND from a stop if properly driven ..

How can you BEAT their 14.2 exactly?? you refuse to go to the track and BEST your 14.2 time!

I'm sure it's not as much of an issue with the Automatic cars as they load the tires more gradually. With a 6-speed and limited slip it's difficult to launch very hard at all without getting hop.

Yea i think all 6-spds get massive wheel hop. I do on my stock tires, but it does depend on the track one track i go to not to much wheel hop at 20psi and the other track i can have wheel hop when i shift into second, i have had wheel hap at 50mph

THIS IS SUCH HORSE SHIT! its been nothing but MONTHS of speculation, how many people here actually have a supercharger on their car? 4 fuking pages of speculation and simulation. Ridiculous...this is up there with celica.org....
I WWWIISH i had the money for an s/c. You can bet after spending 4 or 5 grand on a supercharger install the first thing i would do is track the car to find out just how much better this is....
dunno why, but it pisses me off to see that not one person actually responded with a real time slip....
"i bet it'll do 13.xx at xxxmph..." sigh.....

My PC informed me that an Auto SC will do the 1/4 mile in 13.9s @99MPH.

This means if the SC Type-S messed up his lanuch, I have a chance to beat him!

Sheit, I love it now, and it just keeps getting better and better! Bigger boost pulley, SSR headers, custom intercooler, an even larger pulley, and finally,...the Uni-Chip!

I believe their are 4 w/ 5AT's (including me) and 3 w/6speeds.

I just installed mine over July 4th weekend - 5 dyno runs and 1200 miles later, I blew the tranny! Down for a week - then, last week "breaking the new tranny in".

I can only speak for myself regarding going to the track - IT"S NOT THAT BIG OF A PRIORITY!!! Personally, this is my BUSIEST TIME of the year, as I'm in the Home Improvement Business - I've been working 6 days a week, ~12-14 hr days for 3 weeks in a row now! The little time I have off is spent catching up at home, running errands, grocery shopping, etc... and RELAXING for 4 hrs Sunday night!

I will tell you this about the SC - it's not *that much* faster from a dead start to ...say 50 mph. (But, I have ROASTED the tires turning into traffic like the recent "3.5 liters of fury" video showed - I have to lift also, or it ROASTS my SUMOS halfway thru third gear!) But after 50 mph, and especially when you "kick it down" into passing gear *from* 3rd or 4th gear, it fuck'n FLYS!!! It goes from ~55 mph to 100 mph "LIKE THAT" - I used to be doing ~80 mph in the same amount of time. It pulls SOOOO fast under WOT acceleration onto the freeway that I have to be really careful and watch my speed all the time now! I look down now... and I'm like, "Oh Shit, I'm doing 100 - 110 mph! (at the end of the freeway on-ramps !"

Tool's Accord just dynoed 259hp/236torque, so I would think a six speed CL with the high boost pulley would be close to 300, which is what Comptech's dyno shows.
Either way Tool dyno's every mod he puts on, so he usually knows cause and effect for each one.
I don't see people doing that kind of dyno research here, which is odd.
I have dyno's for all my mods as well, as I want to know what the dyno differences are.
We do get are cars to the track but when you supercharge a front wheel drive car like ours you get alot of wheelspin off the line, which can be tough to tame.
Tool's Accord is and easy 13 second car but he has too much power off the line, like many S/C CL's, so he usually runs 14.3-14.4-summer conditions.
Point is that these cars are capable of running faster than they do in the 1/4 mile. From a rolling start lookout!
Anyway, 1/4 mile isn't the forte of the front drive CL, if you want to race the 1/4 mile, buy a different car or put nitrous on your CL.
I don't think people are putting the Supercharger on to run faster in the 1/4 mile. Just my opinion.

The A/C CL-S six speeders are close to 300 with the stock boost pulley.
