i am a freshman at ASU, and i saw one of the cleanest looking CLs on the way to class today. it was black, dropped with no wheel gap at all, chrome 19s, comptech exhaust, and the nice brembo big brake front kit. looked sooo good when i was walking to class. anyways, just wanted to say you had a very nice ride from what i saw from the other side of the street. if this is in the wrong forum, sorry.

Since then...I have had the tranny replaced under warranty and right now it is back at Bell Acura because of the whineing issue...we'll see what they come up with. I've been rockin the TSX loaner for the past couple of days.
Are you still workin over there? I heard the Isbell family sold that Acura dealership how are the new owners treating ya?

i only worked there in the summer. when i left though, they new owners had just taken over. all the mechanics and other people there seem to like the new owners. they are a lot more strict and have much more guidlines which is good i guess since it is not family owned anymore. i think it was for the better though that vantile took over. thats good you got a loaner and they are taking care of you. good luck with the tranny...i lucked out cause i have 99 knock on wood.

yeah, i wonder how good bell acura is now. it sucks that chad is gone now...he was a really cool guy and was honest and straight to the customers. he always seemed to push for the customer. the new people aren't as good, in my opinion. i've got my 30K service coming up and am debating about bringing the car there....
brado, who would you recommend to work with there?
do you also know who they go through for their paintless dent repair? i'd rather contact that person directly.
also, do you know who their detailer is? i had some stuff done by one of their detailers, but at the time, chad mentioned i should only go to him since he was really good. he basically got all the scratches and swirls out of my trunk (i think either bell acura or fat albert's put all those scratches on when it was installed at time of purchase).

I'm taking my car to Bell Acura this week. Heater does not work, IRMC out for the 3rd time, and here is the odd one. Recently every time I start the car, both doors lock by themselves. I don't have an aftermarket alarm. Also about every 10 times I start the car my radio goes to safe mode, and have to enter the code.

On another note. The most ironic thing happed to me today. As soon as I left that post right before this one I had to goto a meeting in Down Town Scottsdale...guess who I saw...Logans car! I knew it was his right a way from that custom hood. But the thing is that a girl was driving. There was someone in the passenger seat but I couldn't see. Once again I was sporting the Bell Acura Loaner.

yes, i agree Robert is the guy to go to now for service. if he isn't there, i would say zenus(the only black guy there) is the next guy to go to.
they actually have a women who is an independent dent remover who goes from dealer to dealer fixing dents. she does a great job. i forgot her name. just ask the guys there and they will hook you up with her.
the detailer is named Louie. he is an older guy, about 60. he does a great job in detailing though...i have watched and helped him detail cars before when i worked there, and he takes very high care of the cars he details.
and yes, like everyone else, i miss chad being in service. the guys that work in service now are still learning and trying to be like 'the chad' as they call him. he is doing really good though with his daughter and realty business. he takes his legends there to get them serviced and chills with us in the service office...cool guy.

So I take it that degree didn't get you what you wanted...and now you're taking it out on the school.
If you're driving a CL then that degree did some good.
