Anything I'm overlooking?

Alright, I ordered my headers today (Comptech Sport) and they should be here by the end of next week. The only factory piping I have now is my cat. Do they even MAKE high-flow cats for the CL-S? All I could find were for either an NSX or Integera.
More importantly, is there anything I'm going to NEED, or rather, parts that I'll need to upgrade along with the installation of headers? Anything that I don't have that I'm overlooking?

You can always purchase a universal High Flow cat or get the E-dump. Contact Smitty.

Otherwise no.

What comes in the headers kit is all you'll need to mount them and enjoy the drive.

Just get a test pipe, or get the test dump pipe with an electric cut-out built in.

I'm still saving up for the test dump pipe. I have no money.

How many miles on the car ?

Gaskets come to mind but depends on how many miles are on your car.. Just make sure you use anti-seize compound so it will be easier next time..

You're going to make sure you have all the replacement bolts necessary b/c you're going to need them.. I'd get replacement bolts for everything from cat up.. My car had 67k on it when I did the headers.. You defintley need new gaskets.. Are you doing the install or a dealer?
