if yes, how much did you get for the cls? and what did you swap it for?

Worth??
They may not give much for trade ins but check the prices for CL's and CL-S's on Auto Trader. 01's asking prices are as firm as TL's from what I could see. Typical. Take it away and the resale eventually firms up!!

I assume the 6 speed would be comparable right?
and I technically live in Virginia, so I can buy the car here and register it there...bypassing the 8% sales tax.

I know for a fact that the 04 auto w/ navi I was looking at was under $30k on the sticker. There is a guy on here who works at that dealer...I'll ask him.
