Anyone see a ragtop CL before?
Saw this thing drive into our lot today and stay for a few hours. Not sure who was driving. Never saw it around before. It had some type of advertising or graphics on the side but by the time I went downstairs to get a closer look, they were gone. ![Why Me](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/whyme.gif)

probably just that fabric top that you see "optional" on corollas and crap these days. the old school Cadillac fabric top.
I'm pretty sure "rag tap" means convertible and not just the convertible fabric, and that CL has a sunroof, which would make it pretty difficult to be a convertible.

Something is kind of odd about it, you can still see the body between the driver's side windows and the ragtop... So I doubt it's trying to be a convertible

Yeah, not a ragtop... that's a convertible... it's a vinyl top (or vinyl roof) and they used to be popular bacl in the 70's and 80's...

They are making a comeback, but they look terrible on modern cars that weren't designed with the vinyl roof in mind.
