Talking Anyone have a worn steering wheel ? Here's a nice fix !!

I got this off ebay for a grand total of $36, which u may think is high but the quality & fit is great !!! I'm very happy so I thought i'd spread the word. Here's the link for the cover... Size AXX is the size for our steering wheels.

Thanks but no ebay links are allowed

the only thing that sux is it takes a good hr & 1/2 to put on & really helps if u have a friend. But like I said, it actually looks & feels great !!

Is that a Wheelskin? I've used Wheelskins before and they're pretty good for a leather lace on.

Yeah its a wheelskin. I was thinking abt upping the wheel to a woodgrain but thats a lot of money I could invest elsewhere in the car. Like drilled/slotted rotors which is coming as soon as I feel an ounce of shake in me brakes.

do they make a black bowling ball steering wheel? they also sell the skins at pepboys, they are pretty decent as well. it just takes forever to stitch them on.

I have a wheelskinz one on my Explorer. Love it. It's a PITA to lace up correctly though. Takes a while to. The CLS has big spokes & think it look funny on there. On the CLS if I ever have a wear problem I have a new wheel in my parts closet.

Hey Jadefox I just put that dash kit on too, got it off ebay. Here's a pic... The only thing that sucked abt it was it didn't fix exactly right over the volume & climate control buttons but it's nothing that couldn't be fixed w/ my hobby knife ! What pissed me off tho is u pay $130 for some glorified fake wood stickers & it wasn't perfect. O well, I think it looks great & i'm happy w/ it.
