Any of you have pictures of your car tinted? and what %'s you used? I am going to get my car tinted today and I need some ideas on what percentages I should get..

 

What's the lowest legal tint you can get? Get that.

I got 50% sides, 35% rear, and here 35% all around is the lowest legal and I wish I'd gotten 35% on the sides.

Btw the % is essentially the amount of light it lets through. Lower # = darker.

 

Yes I am aware of what the percentages are, but I want a nice looking combination to go with my black car. Do you have any pictures of your car tinted? and btw.. I live in California, so whatever tint limits apply here..

 

Well I dunno how Cali is, but if it's one of those states that lets you tint some windows more than others, my suggestion is to keep all side windows the SAME TINT LEVEL, otherwise it looks tacky as hell. The rear window of the car can be a darker level though, without looking ridiculous, but ALL THE SIDES SHOULD BE THE SAME.

And my car's not black so I won't bother posting pics.

That car had 35% on the sides and rear.

I'm getting the same on the BLUE one, but going with 20% on the rear window this time.
