anyone have the 6-speed??
hi guys. i've been lurking for awhile even since i heard about the 6-speed in the CL-S. after 7 hondas i went german to get a 5-speed and V6. i'm hoping the 6-speed makes it to the TL-S but for now, who has one and how is it? especially with the auto-tranny problems i've been reading about, i would feel better about the purchase of an acura with the manual transmission instead. also, how does the limited slip feel versus the VSA in the auto-trans cars?

I actually don’t have a lot of experience with the LSD yet because I have been taking it easy with the car up until this week.
The odometer was displaying “997” this morning when I parked at work so I think the official “break-in” time should now be over.
I plan on keeping this car for 100K, so I wanted to do it right.
Plus the fact that my new tires stick to the road like GLUE, it’s actually pretty hard to spin the wheels without specifically trying to do so.
The stock rubber easily squealed like a pig when pushed, but the new Falken’s are much more likely to grab.
The only traction related experimenting I have done so far is in the RAIN.
There are a few sharp 90-degree turns I make from a standing stop on my daily route.
When I’m hard on the gas in the middle of the turn I can feel the car doing it’s best to keep my intended line.
Maybe some other 6-Speed owners with higher mileage (or less respect for their car ) can provide some useful info for you.

I bought them locally at NTB, but they price-matched the best Internet price I could find which was 133 I think.
