I remeber i saw a guy on here asking if we want to send our headrests and he would put an Acura Emblem on it. I think he wanted like 95 bucks for it... anyone ever do that? I saw his post in the Frequently asked questions on this site...

 

He was BG S Auto Interiors.

But... I think they dissapeared.

Email/website dont work.

 

He disappeared because some people confronted him on his business and he folded..I mean I think he has the biz, but when people asked a wrong question, he blew up at them. Who wants/needs that kind of service?

I've actually seen his work, not in person, but in pictures of other people who dealt with him. Very good work. His Father owns E&G Custom Interiors, or wahtever the exact name is. He just branched off on his own and offered kits for imports, as his father mostly dealt with Custom Hot Rods, and those type of Show cars. Not sure where he went, but he still post in other car forums. I know 1 other car forums member actaully went down to his wharehouse shop, and reported that it is first rate, and he has all the equipement to do the leather right, so he is legit. Just hope he comes back. I wasn't aware of the problem mentioned in the post above

Yea i remember seeing his posts all over the place then then he just dissapeared. AHh well ill find somewhere else to get it down. I think it would looke cool to put like the "TYPE S" on the headrest!

 

I never heard of him getting upset.

I talked to him serveral times off the board and he never mentioned it.

But then again... knowing all of your track records... it doesnt surprise me if we scared him away

No it wasnt on our boards...but I believe what happened was, he would go around to all the car forums asking if anyone wanted this done..really nice with all the great pictures! I actually wanted to send my headrest to him, but then someone posted a link to another car forums where he was in a post war with the board. Something about them questioning his work I think.....after that he called their cars a POS and was saying just a lot of crap.

I understand that he most likely has a great shop...but with a temper like that, you cannot do good online business commercials with that kind of attitude.

He did my headrests with no problems whatsoiever. Whatever happened on those other boards I was not aware of though.
