I just got my AT recall letter. Acura Of South Bay is the closest to me so I'd like to take it there. I'm just wondering if they're going to give me any crap about the coilovers. I've read that some had dealers blame "lowering" to be the cause of the transmission problems and seeing a lot of mods means you "race" or "abuse" the car. I'll probably raise it up, put the stock wheels on and stock air box.

Anyone have any experience with this dealer?

Bobby

yea i go there for my service, when it comes to mods, they are very up tight about mods, but in this situation they will no way blame your faulty tranny, due to coilovers, other then that they are a very nice dealership. I think its the biggest and highest grossing dealer in CA

Yeah I go there... I like them a lot. My car has been there with IceBox/Springs/Headers and they've made no mention of anything. They actually did my alignment after lowering. I don't think they'll have a problem with it. I haven't been there since the turbo install though... that may be a different story
