Any way to fix saggy bumper...

Im pretty sure you guys will know what im talking about as almost every CL ive ever seen has it...

The rear bumper fits tight toward the rear wheels, then as it wraps around to the back the gap between the bumper and quarter panel enlarges... Not very pleasing to the eye...

Anyone need pics to know what im talking about...

I had my paint/body guy look at it once for me, he seemed to correct just slightly it for a very short while, but it still seems to be sagging again...
