Any suggestions on cleaning Comptech mufflers?????

Any suggestions on cleaning Comptech mufflers?????
They have gone through a Chicago winter, so they have little pits and rust marks on them, how can I get them back to normal?

i got some chepo turtle wax chrome polisher. does its job very well.

makes it look bling blink!

I use an aluminum/steel cleaner to clean them. Then I wipe off the cleaner, and polish them with a little bit if wax on a towel....
