Any Solution for................

Criking noise coming from the center console in my Cl-S. I tend to hear the noise when travelling over rough/bumpy roads. Its on the driver side at the level of the radio knob but on the wooden plastic trim and beige trim, if I push down on the trim it seem to reduce noise completely but sometimes it does not help. Anyone with this same problem and if so what is the solution.

The ever growing list of rattles...

There have been a few discussions of our cars having major issues with rattles....

<knocking on wood>

I personally haven't had any major rattles. Only thing that I have issues with is the fact that after I had to take my car in for a new "SELECT" button light, the Hazard light button now rattles over bumpy roads...

Since I'm having issues with that, I'm considering taking the dash apart, converting the lights to LEDs and while putting it all back together add a little two sided foam tape at the joints to try and minimize vibrations and noise.

I've noticed that a can of coke will rattle in my 6spd's cupholder, or if the cupholder door is open w/o a can in there I'll get a squeak too.

If the door is closed tight, no rattle. (and most of the other rattles have disappeared now that it's warmer out).
