Any New Noises from OBX Headers?

Any new noise's from your headers being on? Can anyone confirm if they are hearing the same noise from there headers as me. When I drive and get to about 3-4000rmp it makes like a deeper funneling noise, hard to explain. Does anyone else get this or can tell me what they hear with there headers on.

Thanks

yup, thats a typical noise atributed to headers, its commonly referred to as a "resonance" i for one, love the sound!! makes the car sound more powerful...which it is now that i got headers!

I think you might be right because when I hear it, it seems like it accelerates much faster. Anyone have similar noises?

I hear it from my Comptech Header..

I'm sure it's the same for everyone who has some kind of header put on. IMO, the stock header that is sitting in my garage right now is a joke, any kind of improvement will be noticable, regardless if it costs $1000, or $300.

So I am not the only one that has the noise. Of like the humming sound at certain RPS's. Cool I was a little worried they where loose.

I'm pretty sure I have exact same noise/resonance. It only seems to happens to me at around 2500-3000 RPM and only when you are on the gas pretty good. It doesn't happen when you ease into the throttle. Anybody know why it happens at this point only?

I was beginning to think it was a quality issue with the OBX headers....

I get this noise too... I think the description of it sounding like a "humming" noise is right on.

Mine happens when I first drive away after being stoped even under normal acceleration. It seems to occur on my car right around when the RPM's go past 2000. I've noticed it higher in the band sometimes too, but almost always right around 2000 RPM.
