OK so with all the miss information. heres some good.

There is a 3.7L up and running on another site. I am not sure if I should say the site.

But the info is as follows. Both the Cams and the Crank from the J37 canbe used in our blocks with spacers.

Now the other information That I don't have is if the heads bolt on to the J32. or if the J37 can be Bolted to our trannys and Bolted into our cars?

So if anyone has real information please pm me. and we can put the info here.

I have been told by a legit source that the J37 has a completely different bell housing then the J32. I wonder if the 2009 3.5TL has the old design or the new one.

I didn't ignore all your information I wanted something to back it up. (IE the fact that the J37 cams and crank are now running in a j32 block) yes with some custom work, 3 spacers.

I was just restating it.

Now any info on the Head situation. IE comparing bolt patterns or head gaskets for the j32/j35 and the J37.

The J37 I have been told can bolt up. One oil drain would have to be modified. We might need to look into timing belt issues.

how is that gonna work? J32 is longer block than J37. Crank and cams won't work

The j32 with J37 crank and J37 cams has been finished. and is running.

So YeuEmMaiMai you should go check it out.

The cams need a 3mm SS slug/plug to take up a gap. and the snout on the crank needs a 10mm piece of an old crank. (or a machined piece) so that the wider timing belt? of the j32 can run on the j37 crank.

It's unfortunate how we're not allowed to post information/URL to other forums to further expand our knowledge on Azine... considering this build has already been finished, and the car is running strong.

But yes, this car has been finished, and is running extremely well and strong.

Did the piston skirts need more clearance ?
I seen "maybe",So I assume your wording was before actual work.
Was there any binding at the skirt?

Great to know. The last thing a want is do work to new pistons.
I would've bought really nice one's to cut out the extra work.

Do you know what compression ratio you ended up with?

I want to figure head gasket size for higher and lower compression.
I've been wondering if using a bigger head gasket will lower compression enough to run nitrous so called:safely.
Or how thin of a gasket to run to get it at 11.5.

If i remember right, with oem gasket yields close to 11:1. You will have to play with numbers. Spraying with bored oem sleeve may crack. Up to u. I ran all motor amd was more then happy with the results. Exhaust made a hell of a difference...oem to custom 2.5" made over 20whp from the increased stroke.
