Last night my buddy and I are "ridin dirty" in the CL when i start to notice some slippage in the low rpm's. I think nothing of it untill i start to hear some popping noise in the trans, about 10min later as im pulling in to the toyota dealer to look for a new car she dies on me ...... And sure enough it keeps dieing everytime i put it into drive. now keep in mind my CL has 130,000 miles on it and I bought her with 105,000 I already dropped $2500 on a "custom" rebuilt trans by my mechanic at around 109K. Called Acura this morning and told um about the problem and they said they'll take care of it and refund my 2500. I tried gettin reembursed a couple months back but they said no so i think this lawsuit changed their minds. It just sucks because i love my car so much and its too bad that such a nice car has such a big problem.
