Another stupid tranny question...
After looking at my 2003 window sticker, I noticed the tranny is made in Japan, while rest of vehicle of course in USA. Are the slushomatic trannies made in Japan too?

btw, debadged the "3.2cls" today and started the virgin washing process. Worked from 1:30-7, and am a lil over halfway through the claying. Man, she's so smooth now! Maybe I can move on to step 3 tomorrow
