Another rims question......

alright, i was lookin around and i cant seem to find anythin about the Traffic Star DTS, i dont know anything about the sizes so can anyone gimme a link. and i was looking at the Advan Model 6's in 18x7.5 in a +45 offset and Advan Kreuzer Series V in 19x8 +45, but im not sure about pricing so some kind of link would be helpful. also if you have a general link to a good site for info on rims thatd be great. thanks.

PS - Superbuytires.com doesnt have these two brands, which pisses me off.

Kreuzers are expensive. 18X8 is around $475-$500 and 19X8 is $575-$600 per wheel. IMO, I'd go for the real thing. Good luck.

where do you get those numbers? i really love the look of these rims, they come all the way to the edge like the stocks (so theyll look bigger than they are), they have the 5 spoke look, they are classy rims, not anything gaudy. if ANYONE finds an internet dealer with the Advan Kreuzers for between 550 and 600 (but preferably less (yeah right)) then please PM with the site. thanks.

ok well i e-mailed a guy in NJ, its the only place i could find on the net with the Advans, he quoted $724 each plus shipping and without tires!!!!!! REDICULOUS!!! i WISH i had enough money to throw into these, i love them, but 724 not including shipping is quite rediculous, dont you think? it would be a lil bit o a stretch for it to be 575-600 but i'd be more willing to pay that insane amount as opposed to almost 150 more! REDICULOUSNESS!

Knock-offs here i come!

That's the price you pay for JDM. Was your price for 18s or 19s?

19x8's I figure if i do anything ill go big(ger).

my friend just got 19x9 Breyton Visions on his BMW 330Ci. he got em on tonight, i cant wait to see em. and FYI he got em for just shy of 3k, which is where im trying to stay around. 3k for bare rims is not what im lookin for, o well, one day ill have so much money ill be like, "who wants JDM anyway, when you drive a CL63 AMG"

ItalianSta ... (sorry, can't bring myself to say it)
There is another thread in the 2ndGen where a question of prices for Advans was being discussed. I posted the following ... hope it helps

Just saw this website and their Advan wheels seem to be much cheaper than all the discussions posted above, if this is any help.
