If you don't push the parking brake COMPLETELY down, it won't hold on a hill. It seems like there is no margin for error;even if it's a millimeter short from the bottom, it starts creeping down the hill. I find challenging to push it all the way down without it popping back up!!

 

Go to your dealer. They can adjust it.
