Another one bites the dust...
My tranny is dead @ 18K miles! It decided to quit shifting this morning on the way to work.....down shifting to 2nd at 70mph is not a pleasent experience!!! Had the highway been more crowded, someone easily could have gotten hurt. If you've had this happen to you, you know that the extened warranty is not enough, ACURA MUST RECALL THESE CARS!
Once it is fixed, I will be trading my CL for something else (maybe BMW, Volvo, Audi or Infinity). I will not keep driving this car, especially after folks here have had 2 or more tranny's replaced.
I really believe that it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured because of this problem.
