this actually happened in september, but i wanted to wait a while before putting it on the forum.
i was driving down a 2 lane road with 2 friends and i honestly dont remember what happened because i dont remember even getting into the car. i had a major concussion and woke up int he hospital and didnt believe or comprehend what everyone was telling me. but the "police story" is that there was a car coming head on and i went off the side of the road, hit a brick sign, and flipped 4 times landing on the roof. no one knows the whole or real story, but everyone is perfectly fine. Also, my harness that some people made fun of saved my life
i wasnt speeding or going crazy my friends said so... idk. but heres the car...

 

Wow glad you lived!!! So did you have full coverage? Did the other driver you swerved to miss stop? Did they find you at fault?

On a side not, that ain't that bad. A little bondo here, a little bondo there and you'll be good as new. Heck, i don't even think the insurance would total it out.

no alcohol, no drugs. no cars stopped afterward, figures... the asshole cops were up my ass at the hospital though. i was so delirious from hitting my head they were having bets on what drugs they were going to find in my blood or what my BAC was, fucking ridiculous. NOTHING in my system, but i got pointed at because i was the only car on the scene, especially with a red BBK, wheels, exhaust, front underbody paneling, seat harness so they thought i was maybe racing someone....

im driving a 97 del sol Si. a big downgrade, but a different class of car. i miss my CL soooooooo much, but i love the del sol.

no airbags deployed. the front and rear passengers both came out of the seat belts during the rollover, i stayed planted from the harness. the roof caved in and stopped on the head of the seats. because of the harness i sat upright so it came down less on my side and it held me in since the airbags didnt go off. the pictures dont do it justice. i didnt believe for a few minutes that it was my car when i first saw it... the brick and trees we went through had deep impact punches on certain parts of the car. if you saw it, you would understand...

thank you! the guy at the tow yard told me the fact that i was standing in front of him, as the driver, was a miracle. and that i should go give thanks to whoever i pray to...

 

first off I am happy that you did not die

harness saved your life? The 3pt seatbelt will have kept you in the same position. the harness did absolutely nothing to save you life that the standard seatbelt wouldn't have done.

How fast were you going? that is some SERIOUS damage for a low speed accident given the fact that the unit body on that car is extremely strong and does not deform easily...not to mention that it take a lot of effort to roll a 3500lb car 4 times
