Am I about to have a rust issue?

So I was checking out my paint around my car and I noticed on the rear passenger quarter panel there are a couple quarter sized spots that seem to be "bubbling" underneath the paint, nothings chipped off yet and they are really small bumps, does it sound like im going to have a rust issue soon?

Yep, pretty common spot especially in the rust belt states. Take it to a body shop sooner rather than later, because as long as its just under the paint it can be fixed. Once the sheetmetal gets too soft then its bondo time....

btw did you roll your fender lips? that can cause the paint to chip/crack and can lead to rusting in that area

I always suggest to grind down the fender lip as opposed to rolling it. That way the paint doesnt get stressed and crack.

Just go to a decent body shop, it shouldnt be more than a hundred bucks or two to get it fixed right.
