they have to fabricate shit to put them on, they aren't bolt on, otherwise the shop at the acura dealership my Dad works at would have done it for me.

did not take that long when I had mine done, they even made them axle back for me so if I wanted to take them off and switch to the stock i can just unbolt them. it took up 2.5 hours

i had the exact same thing installed on my cl about 2 weeks ago. dropped it off before work at 1130, no appointment. went back on my lunch break around 3:30 and it was ready to go, only took about an hour the guy said. if its taking them this long, make sure you thoroughly check out your car when you get it back, make sure nothing is wrong, etc etc.

my god, you better not pay for more than an hour of work. they probably just have the car sitting therre and havne't started yet.

I sat there while the guy did mine. took like 45 minutes -1 hour. that was just an axle back, so unless you are doing a cat back dual muffler setup then it might take 3 hours or so.

Yeah mione too. I went and got mine done it took an hour and 15 tops because they werent straight so i made him reset them. Bro DO NOT LET THEM CHRGE MORE THEN AN HOUR AND A HALF especially if its axlebacks.
I dont mean to rob the thread but does anyone know how much it would be to make my magna flows catback instead of axle back?

For mine, i dropped off my car around 1:30 without an appointment and picked it up at 4 oclock on my break from work all ready.

Well, they called about 15min after I started this thread. I have no idea if they were actually working on it for 5.5 hours, but they only charged me $130. The guy was able to make the left side a bolt on but the passenger side he was having a lot of trouble with and had to weld
Oh well though, just like others have said, at first these things don't make much of a difference. After 30miles of highway though, they sound pretty frickin good!
The Car-X guy was trying to get me to take the resonator off, I told him no, I dont want my car sounding or looking gaudy.
