Only problem is that it is a biased article, it is on a companys webpage that only sells, foam filters, of course they will say there's is better than everyone elses, if it were my company i would do the same.

I think it would only be fair to include the competition's rebuttal to the stance that foam is better. This article says oiled cotton gauze is superior
