Now the dealer is saying that if the sound is not the brakes and they determine it is the springs, they will charge me for finding the problem.........HOW THE HELL CAN IT BE THE SPRINGS......if it was they would make noise over bumps and cornering........IT ONLY HAPPENS WHEN I HIT THE BRAKES:angry:

 

Dude you have like 4 topics open for this one problem...couldn't you have named it something like.."My car is squeaking" And then just keep everything there? People can't keep up with you!

With that said, sorry man..it just seems like both the installer and the dealer and giving you the runaround. No one really wants to fix your problem so they keep blaming it on the other person. Because if the installer said it was the springs then they would have to work on it for free because they fucked up..if the dealer says it's the brakes well then they would have to work. Sorry man..

 

Well........I'm paying them for the 15K service, but they don't have to rotate the tires, clean the air filter, or change the oil. Maybe If I pay for something, It will get fixed.

 

Are there anymore acura dealers around you?? You might want to try another place. If it is making the noise when you brake only, then I don't see why they would say it's your springs. Then again i am no park ave acura

I go to woodfield acura......I took it there for the first time......and they noticed the springs right away!!!

Go to Continental Acura in Naperville....They deal with Comptech all the time....btw, my squeaks are gone for some reason..really weird....

 

I don't have that kind of luck when it comes to cars
