Question Aftermarket ECU [A connector] wiring diagram [manual]

I currently have a small issue, I'm going to need an ECU four the swap turbo that I have, the problem is that I am not willing to pay about 2,000 Canadian dollars for a plug-in play AEM ECU, this is a budget build, so I'm looking at alternatives the problem is is the signal wires from [A connector] I just need a more clarification on some of them. I really want everything Factory in the car to work that includes the cluster.
I know some of them, not all of them.

E1 - Fuel P-REL
E3 - Engine Speed Out
E4 - MIL
E6 - VCC3
E8 - Starter Switch
E9 - Brake Switch
E12 - AC REL
E13 - Red Fan
E14 - ECT Out
E15 - Reverse Lockout
E20 - PSPSW
E21 - AC Switch
E26 - VSS Out

I screwed up in the post, [E connector] is for the manual, [A connector] is the automatic.
E and A is the connector under the dash that connect to the ECU.
