Yes there is a difference...you will have to rig it to fit the 6sp...if you wait a little bit you can get one that is made for the 6sp...AEM is about to release it OR you can get the CT ice box.

Thats how I did mine. If you want I have mine that i will be selling so I can get the CT one...it might be a little while but if you want to wait I can sell it to you. PM me if you interested.
