Can someone please advise me of some links where i can do exterior and interior modification to my 2001 cl-s . I really would like to change the guages, put some extra chrome stuff like that. I just got the car one month ago and finally have some time to invest into the car. Please help me out.

ummm...chrome? Besides wheels, there isn't much chrome to be put on. Good thing too. If you have a Type-S, no guages are really available.

I suggest you try the Search function here and look for things like "interior" or "upgrades" or something like that. You'll find lots of pictures of what different people have done with their cars. Good luck.

I would suggest the 03 tail lights, and debadge the back for starters. Check out www.ccc.net.
What mods are already done, and how much do you want to spend? I recommend a cold air intake like the Icebox or the AEM. Exhaust as well. Headers if you have the extra cash. Definately drop it a bit. That will make it look better. But you're limited on the chrome to wheels.
Do a couple searched and check out the cars in the Photo Gallery to see what you like.
