We should have it at the meadowlands!
I see car clubs at the meadowlands all the time running there cars through a cone track they made. And there is plenty of room !!

theres a spot on rt 3 clifton called falls view grill its perfect never packed no cops and easy access it would be perfect and the food is cheap (lol)
