Acura USA Email address

I've been trying to get their address in other threads but noone seems to know it.

I really need to email and complain to them about a few things. I checked the OwnersLink but they only have phone numbers.

Could someone PLEASE give me an email addy?

Thanks

That's great, thanks a lot. I might have seen that address beofre, and I probably thought it's an Acura dealer.

Before you close the thread, just another question because I don't wanna open up a whole new thread for it.

I've searched several topics and it seems that it's not the rotors that are bad, but the brake pads.

I got my rotors resurfaced but they kept the same pads. If I got new pads, would I still have problems with the stock rotors, or are the rotors good? If they're good, do you recommend putting on the brake pads from the group buy section with the stock rotors?

Thanks for the info

When mine were replaced the service guy said that the pads were changed or upgraded and there was a report on it.

I just emailed Acura a long email.

SO IS this covered under warranty??? I mean if there are "updated pads" that means that there's something wrong with the old ones and that it should be taken care of. Why do Acura dealers refuse to take care of it.

What are the best pads with stock rotors?

Here is their Dept. eAddress vs. just 1 individual... Acura_Auto_Client_Services@ahm.honda.com, but please do not hold your breath... There is a GREAT DISCONNECT btwn publicRelations and their dealers... Seems public relations is there to ensure customer 'disappears' and does not bother the dealer in making the 'real dough'. They are abnoxious, insulting ASSHOLES over there - form my and many others' experiences here... and only FRUSTRATE you MORE.. vs. helping you. You best bet is going through dealership TOP management [if it gets down to it] and pray that the guy upstairs truly cares... - save yourself endless amounts of time... and skip the ASSHOLES above ..

The pads caused the rotors to warp. They replace the pads and resurface/replace the rotors as required. The problem is discribed in TSB 01-017

there are none. the rotors will warp regardless of what you do. its the cooling, there is not enough and there is nothing you can do about that part. but get axxis pads, they are supposed to be really good. metalmasters are good too.

Soopa... no idea 'where' on the ladder Spencer is... only know that they assign you 'cases' and you cannot 'skip/escalate' past your Case Manager, who can exhibit an iq dumber then a carrot... Personally, 'dealership suits' had assisted me more then Acura ones... although everyone's experiences might differ.
