i was driving to work this afternoon and i saw an suv, not the mdx, sporting the "A" symbol. i tried to catch up to it but it entered the freeway. it looked a lot like a range rover, very boxy. has anyone ever seen these? it looked pretty new.

yep. acura got the isuzu trooper and honda got the isuzu rodeo.

 

Stay away from them. They had tons of flip over reports and comsumer reports called them unsafe

 

i just saw one yesterday too..very unsexy, i'm glad acura discontinued it

 

when did they release it? i don't remember anything of that car. and that was the very first one i've ever seen. it was kinda ugly though. glad they make the mdx now.

 

i think they ended around 1996...

and isuzu also got the odyssey van which i think was rebadged as the oasis.

 

its so ugly. They are discontinued. Thank god.

 

They sold it for several years ending just before the MDX came out. Its no surprise you've never seen one. They only sold about 50/yr in the whole country.

 

Im pretty sure they sold more than 50 a year. I know of atleast ten in my old town up north.
