Acura of Concord
has anyone been to acura of concord? how is their service? i called the them and they said they have a whole lot of invetory they want to get rid of. damn i want a new car now but i want to wait and see if acura is going to come out with a manual.

Stay the HELL out of that dealership ! They are horrible, both Sales AND Service ! I bringing my Accord Coupe and CLS to Concord Honda, because they run circles around Acura of Concord. They screwed me too many times, so my advice is go to: Acura of Pleasonton. Want to talk inventory, they have 3 times the cars and better deals !

As a belief, I don't believe in supporting the local dealerships by buying their cars. I still feel they are all on high horses and believe "my shit is the shit, and u know you want it." Take your business outta the bay area and they will treat you nice.

thanks guys. i just got your message hellawhat. the only cl-s i bought is on gt3. i don't think i'll go to l.a. to buy a car. my sister bought hers in solano, near vacaville. i think i might by it there. the only thing is that i don't think they have a huge selection. i could always play that to my advantage, "oh i don't want white so gimme a discount if you want my business" 
. i might have to buy used just because i want to put so much stuff in the car. i definately need tint, i hear the suspension isn't good so maybe a sway bar, and i am a huge car audio guy so i definately need that.

Like all the other members said "STAY THE HELL AWAY!!!" That has got to be the worst Acura dealership anywhere. I have never actually had anything serviced there, but the sales guys suck. They think are so snobby there and think that you can't afford their cars. You cant even test drive a vehicle there unless you give them a comitment to buy. Do you think Acura is ok with that? Why do the commercials tell you to come down to your local Acura dealership and test drive a car? They make it sound so simple? But when you get down there, they try to make you set a price on the car and make you commit to buy.
Just a bunch of A**Holes down there.

Have to agree about Acura of Concord; they felt like they had to lie to me to get my cash sale; and service is VERY condescending.
They're more interested in good survey results than in truly delighting the customer (from whom a good survey would result...what a concept!
)

Sorry guys. Either no one else wants to speak up or I'm the only one, but I haven't had any problems with Concord Acura. Armen was the person I dealt with and he was very courteous and polite. I can see how you would think their sales people are snobby. While talking with him, I could tell the other sales people had their heads up their ass. . . I think their Service dept. is great. They even wash my car after coming in for an oil change. I may be a minority opinion here, but I'm glad I haven't run into the problems you guys have dealt with there. . .

Concord Acura has horrible service. I took my TL in there many, many times, and on at least three separate occasions, they broke more than they fixed. And the things they fixed never stayed fixed. They use Enterprise, like most Acura dealers, so you're bound to get a crappy loaner (Solano Acura usually uses Acura loaners, but they're halfway to Sacramento). The one Bay Area service dept I did like was Acura of Marin, they treated me like they wanted my business.

Acura of Concord is , is , is HORRIBLE both Service and Sales. Yeah, they washed your car, how about when I asked them every time..... "don't wash my car" and THEY DID ANYWAY ! They fucked up my clear coat,......don't get me started, wait till they fuck up your car, then you will understand !
