Yeah your car is guaranteed to fail inspection to!! Not to mention the conflicts with the ECU and emissions systems on the car.

Well, Yes replacing the catalytic convertor with a straight (test) pipe does gain HP, but you will lose some torque. This pipe really makes a big difference with Turbo or Nitrous applications. 
I would buy it but I don't trust this guy with only 5 feedbacks & a private auction.

Since these cars are OBDII-compliant, there is an oxygen sensor before the catalyst metals in the catalytic converter, and one after. Installing a test pipe is going to throw a code (catalyst efficiency below threshold), illuminate the check engine light, and quickly negate any power gains.
