thankfully ur ok.... did the side airbags help at all?

You should be able to rub that out with a little elbow grease(LOL). The car is probably totalled. You should use your insurance as the Tacoma may not have high enough limits to cover the value of your vehicle. You should ask the Tacoma's insurance to pay you whatever your deductible is. Most companines will do this as they will have to pay your insurance company anyway. This way you are not out of pocket for your ded. You did not indicate what state you live in, if you do I will research the total loss laws and let you know how to deal with them. Good luck.

Thats the first pic of a deployed right airbag i've seen... how does it come out through the stitches in millisecs

I've gotten in a similiar accident in my previous car, except i was git directly on the driver door. I did a 360 and one of the wheels even came off by clipping the curb and went rolling down the street. I actually enjoyed that wreck, it was fun...

But glad ur fine - and i'd definetly push to get the car totalled (i know its all up to the insurance co.) cos it'll never ride the same if its fixed.

there is no way in hell his insurance co. is going to want to pay for the loss. if the at fault party has insurance, it should be more than adequate to pay for the cl-s.

the same way it splits the steering wheel cover or dash in millisecs. it's designed to do that.

Mattg, you are wrong. If Fahad has collision coverage his company can not refuse to fix his car. Collision coverage is a first party coverage and will repair or total the policyholder's vehicle whether or not the policyholder is at fault. That is as long as the car was involved in a collision.

Ahhh thats nothing a couple of coats of Zaino ca't fix.

FK man I'm glad ur ok. Now sue that FKin idiot for everything . And if that FK doesn't have insurance, push for the death penalty. Anyone caught driving should be dragged out of their car and systimatically executed. What I'm not tring to be funny.

WTF!!!! A FKin WOMAN!!!. Make that BITCH FRY!!!

Ever since with let bitches walk on 2 feet and vote they seem to think that they run the FKin world. I would have that FKin bitch pay so much that she would curse Ford himself till the day she died.

FK appoligies, just think what she is probably like in real life. Mrs Thang, nose in the air, cutting off people in traffic, BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THE WORLD SEES THEM AS INOCIENT. Why the FK do u think that they pay LESS insurance. Its FKin women like that, that should never be incharge of a big corporation, on in office.....

just my .02 cents .

Sorry to hear about your accident.

Hopefully the police heard her apologize. When I was in a similar accident, the other driver (in a pickup), apologized quite a few times, and it was written up in the police report.

It helped when I was fighting with the insurance company, as the other driver was basicly admitting that he was a fault.

i'm not wrong, show me where i said his insurance co. would deny his claim.

i merely stated his insurance co. will do everything it possibly can to get the at fault parties insurance to pay for the loss.

how does this not make sense to you

If you mean that after his company pays the claim they will then subrogate against the other party's ins company, then I agree with you.

finally i realized, A woman hit you.

wazzuuup

We all should thank GoD .

Thank god you got through this horrendous situation with no injury.

Women should not be allowed to get behind the wheels .. ...( yes i am sexist) .

if they desire to drive cars, they can go to six flags ( i am sure they will have so much fun)

Man, Your M power is waiting for you.....

finally, i feel bad for your car, happy for you ( making it safe)

Yeah, now I understand why the Side Airbag Off light comes on when someone is leaning on that side.

I've always wondered how it knows, since the person isn't leaning directly on the leather part of the door.

Glad you're okay though! Enjoy the new car, whatever it may be!

Don't agree. What you said is not worth 2 cents (not even .02 cents). Glad Fahad is OK, and hopefully insurance will take care of everything and he'll be back in a good ride shortly..
