About Subwoofer install...............
I know it's the wrong forum, but is dead over at the AV dept.
Does anybody know what brand of line converter do i need for me to tap-in and make the subs work with the bose system?
Do i need a 2 ch or 4 ch converter?
The people at Circuit City seem to be confused. Some say that you can't tap-in and other say you can tap-in to our Bose system.
Also, The installer guy was saying that there are two adapter that can be used with our system, a PAC adapter that connects directly to the rear speakers and/or the other one taps into at the amp where the speaker wires exit. He gave me a name of Scoches for the second adapter. Has anyone heard of these parts?
Can someone clarify what parts are needed to make this sub addition stuff work. Please name some parts and installation steps so that i can know more or less what i need and to know if they know what they are when I take it may be to Best Buy or another Circuit City.
Please Help!!!
