SINCE PHOTOPOINT.COM DISAPPEARED...
It is still down. You'll probably get your money back if something has happened. But you may not get your pictures back and there's no telling about the integrity of your [personal] data and pictures.

I paid! I am very pissed! I have a ton of pics there. There has been NO word from photopoint OR in any tech news sites! What gives? Calling my credit card company tomorrow to see about a chargeback.. I should have known something was up when they dropped the company that made their SmashCast movies! I just can't believe that there has been no news about this company.
I signed up with http://www.ofoto.com- a division of Kodak. They have a slideshow feature that I like. It's FREE too! I also have pics at YAHOO, but that site is screwy sometimes. At times the link will take you to the GUEST view and other times, it asks you to sign in with a password. It's all free, but if you don't have a password, then you can't see the albums!
http://www.kodak.com also has a free site, but I don't see any slideshow feature there or any ability to rearrange pics or crop them etc. like ofoto above.

Hello Photopoint,
Do you realize how many frustrated customers want to access their photo albums?
Your website has been down for a whole week. How can you keep running a business like this? Bottom line is you *cannot.*
Many customers, like me, probably assume that you are another DOT.com failure as of this moment.
People who paid $30 for two months of your service will never trust
another subscription-service site ever again. You have let down
not only your customers, but the entire digital photography community
and industry.
Terribly dissapointed,

I also contacted Cnet NEWS.com's Editor-In-Chief to ask if anythings going on
with this outage. I.e. have they gone out of business?
