about to clear and blackout headlights...

what temp do i set the oven at and how long....do i pre heat?...also how should i store the hid bulbs....and do i clean them befroe i put them back in...how do i clean then?

and for blakcing out....do i have to sand the chrome down or can i just spray the paint over it?....do i need a primer?...what kind

and anyhting else i should know?....thanx

not sure about the the temp. but yes, pre-heat the oven. you MUST remove the bulb, just be very careful and DO NOT touch it anywhere but on the base. you do not need to sand the chrome. you can use primer if you like but i dont think it would make a difference.
